Visit Fees
As an out-of-network provider, Dr. DiPierdomenico has a flat rate structure for office visits. Therefore, patients will be charged at the time of their appointments.
All new patients in Dr. DiPierdomenico’s office will undergo an initial evaluation on the first visit. Subsequently, patients may schedule follow-up visits ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. The length of your follow-up visits will be determined based on your circumstances and Dr. DiPierdomenico’s recommendations. Below you can get a closer look at our fee structure.
Initial Evaluation (60 MINS)
Your first visit will last for 60 minutes. This visit will take place in a one-on-one setting with Dr. DiPierdomenico. The first part of your evaluation will be spent reviewing the history of your presenting problem, your psychiatric history, medical history, and family history.
The second part of the evaluation will focus on your social history. Finally, Dr. DiPierdomenico will cover her assessment and diagnostic impression and treatment options and recommendations.
The Initial Psychiatric Evaluation has a flat rate of $685.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (90 mins)
After your Initial Psychiatric Evaluation with Dr. DiPierdomenico, she will determine if you are a good candidate for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. These sessions are 90 mins in length and begin with Ketamine treatment at the beginning of the psychotherapy session with Dr. DiPierdomenico. You will have to arrange for transportation to and from your appointment. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are $750. You may require additional KAP appointments, and some patients have results after just one session.
Follow up (60 mins)
During a follow up appointment, Dr. DiPierdomenico will review your response to medications, both positive and negative affects. Follow up appointments will be scheduled for 30-60 minutes. Dr. DiPierdomenico’s strongly believes that therapy is essential to improve mental health. Therefore, a patient who is only receiving medication and has an outside therapist will still receive a 60 minute appointment. This allotted time subsequently enables Dr. DiPierdomenico to have a full understanding of current triggers and stresses that may be affecting your health.
Follow up including therapy and/or medication management will take 60 mins and the rate will remain flat at $285.
Follow up (30 mins)
Follow up including therapy and/or medication management will take 30 mins and the rate remains flat at $185.
Follow up (15 mins)
Follow up including therapy and/or medication management will take 15 mins and the rate remains flat at $125.
